Constitution

The Share Stellar Society is a volunteer-run non-profit corporation that aims to support creation of open-source art, science, and education that fosters health, resilience, and community.

The purposes of the Society are to:

• Support the creation, development, and distribution of open-source art, science, and educational resources.
• Foster community health, resilience, and collaboration through the accessibility of knowledge and creative works.
• Promote the use of open licenses (such as GPL or Creative Commons licenses) to ensure that materials produced or supported by the Society remain freely available for public use and sharing.
• Engage in any other activities incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above purposes, provided that no part of the Society’s income or profit is distributed to its members.
